Jim Murphy

Jim Murphy, Jr. is the owner broker of Murphy Real Estate and is a real estate veteran on Cape Cod, with over 30+ years of experience and hundreds of successful property transactions. Jim’s extensive knowledge of the area, vast network of real estate resources has helped to make Jim one of the top agents in the Osterville, Cotuit and Centerville area.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys following his children’s athletic endeavors (football and volleyball), squeezing in a round or two of golf and boating. He is a member of the Oyster Harbors Club and an active parishioner at Our Lady of Victory Parish in Centerville. A graduate of Barnstable High School and Boston College, Jim lives in Cotuit with his wife Gretchen and their 3 children.
